HIVE storage is designed for players who own sharp edge resin or other exclusive dice (8 total), and has a simple, durable elastic harness on the exterior for a pen, pencil, or stylus. Interior Measurements - Dice Compartments: 1x1x1.25 [LxWxD], Mini Storage: 3.125x1.625x1.25 [LxWxD]
SLOT storage allows for more dice to be stored within (up to 12 total), and provides an internal space for pen, pencil, or stylus. Interior Measurements - Dice Slots: 4x1x1.25 [LxWxD], Mini Storage: 2.625x1.25x1.25 [LxWxD], Pencil Slot: 7.25x.5x1.25 [LxWxD]

Additionally, customers may choose their stain colors, from the chart provided in the Photos. This information can be communicated in the Personalization Box; customers must select color choices for the exterior top and bottom panels (as a matched color pair), as well as the box edges and interior panels (also selected as a color pair). Please note that colors on the sample chart will vary depending upon viewing device. The SamaN brand stains can be vibrant and bright on wood, while the MinWax brand is very natural in appearance. Some of the best case color combos created have utilized SamaN stains for the top/bottom panels and MinWax for the edges (just IMHO).

BUILD DETAILS:
An integrally hinged compartmented box/case, created from 1/8-inch thick birch plywood. The method of construction makes for a very durable creation, certain to last many years of gaming! The case components have been precisely cut and decorated with a high-powered laser engraver. A background texture depicting a map of Middle Earth on the exterior surfaces is superimposed by Professor Tolkien's runic signature on the top panel. Decorative frames are installed on the top and bottom of the case, finished with a metallic acrylic paint. The One Ring inscription adorns the top half edges of the case, with the silhouetted Fellowship of the Ring engraved into the side edges. The parts are hand assembled using a cyanoacrylate glue specifically formulated for wood, creating an incredibly strong bond. The decorative particulars are attained by use of wood stains and hobby acrylics. The included HP counter's number wheels are finished in the same metallic hue as the runic signature and case frames. The box stays closed magnetically, and the interior surfaces are felted and cushioned with layers of EVA foam. Two storage options/styles are available for the interior - 'HIVE' and 'SLOT' (see examples). The HIVE storage option has two loops of heavy-duty elastic cloth band installed to carry a writing utensil. A satin lacquer protects the interior and exterior wood surfaces.
