Constructed primarily from cherry or maple hardwood, with wood burned artwork taken from the game and other Tolkien-related sources, as well as laser-engraved, hand painted trim for a complete and stunning creation. • MEASUREMENTS: 20x14x9 inches [Exterior LxWxH]; 18x12x8 inches [Interior LxWxH] (assembled product). This box is very large - easily capable of holding two core games (original box included) within, plus all current expansions and third party fan-made extras, such as map terrain.
• ARTWORK AVAILABLE: as shown - artwork will be sourced from the game, as well as some pieces originally done by artist John Howe (well-known for his LotR work). Illustrative artwork will be integrated with the game logo and icons - the map of Middle Earth, as shown, may be similarly replaced or even used as a background for a Howe illustration. All artwork is performed by hand, and will vary greatly from box to box. Requests for specific placement of art is possible; artwork will be located on the top panel, front, and sides. No artwork will be present on the rear/back side.
• MATERIALS USED: cherry or maple hardwood, birch plywood, acrylic paints, satin finish lacquer
• ADDITIONAL INFO: Box is created as a slip-over lid type (known as "telescope"). Hardwood exterior, with an birch ply interior that extends fully into the lid. All interior surfaces are lined with EVA foam and covered with jeweler's velvet for maximum protection of the game components. Upon construction, box walls are a very sturdy 7/8-inch thick, with a 3/8-inch top panel and an inset 1/4-inch bottom panel. Laser engraved and hand painted trim, created from resilient birch plywood, adds a final level of detail and protects the box corners from potential damage.

⚔ At this time, inner compartments and organizational components are NOT AVAILABLE; the box is completely felted on the interior, and could easily hold most commercially-produced organizers such as those from Broken Token, or from other Etsy sellers or DIY.
